Senator Ben Nelson of Nebraska said of the recent debt ceiling vote, “This plan sets up a maze of convoluted procedures that will only continue the chaos and political games Nebraskans are tired of seeing,” and said he will oppose it.
I assume he was referring back to the Health Care bill that he was instrumental in passing.
