Due to this balanced mix of tuning means, the TUNINGWERK succeeded in creating the driving dynamics of an outstanding quality. The six three-liter cylinders with 521 hp or 388 kW enable 614 Nm maximal torque from 2,800 rpm and maximal speed of 300 km/h (depending on the type of tyres!) This 1st M RS BMW by TUNINGWERK is undoubtedly a perfect compromise between the street and the race track.

BMW F20 1-Series by AC Schnitzer
German tuner AC Schnitzer has a new tuning package for the BMW (F20) 1-Series.
On the outside is a subtle but effective kit that includes a front spoiler, rear roof spoiler, chrome 'Racing' exhaust tailpipe and 18-inch or 19-inch alloy wheel offerings.
AC Schnitzer also offers a suspension spring kit that lowers the car by 25 mm.
Power upgrade options on the 118d and 120d diesel variants take output from 143 PS (105 kW / 141 hp) to 171 PS (126 kW / 169 hp) on the 118d and from 184 PS (135 kW / 181 hp) to 210 PS (155 kW / 207 hp) on the 120d.
For the interior the tuner offers an aluminum "Black Line" gear knob or a gear knob with digital gear display. There's also the "Black Line" aluminum cover for the i-Drive system controller, aluminum handbrake handle with either chrome details or in "Black Line" and an aluminum foot rest and pedal set.

BMW 1-Series M Coupe by Manhart Racing
Manhart Racing has unveiled a new tuning package for the BMW 1-Series M Coupe. On the design front, the model is outfitted with black graphics, a rear diffuser and 20-inch alloy wheels. Other highlights include a lowered sport suspension and BMW Performance seats with orange contrast stitching.
Power comes from a twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder that has been equipped with a revised ECU and a sport exhaust system. Thanks to these tweaks, the engine produces 420 PS (309 kW / 414 hp) instead of the standard 340 PS (250 kW / 335 hp).

KS1-S based on the BMW 1-Series M Coupé by Kelleners Sport

German tuner Kelleners Sport has had a go at the BMW 1-Series M Coupe and the result is this KS1-S featuring over 400 horsepower.
Although there's no mention of an ECU remapping, that power upgrade is achieved in part by Kelleners Sport's quad-piped (83 mm) stainless-steel sport exhaust with total output now standing at 410 PS (301 kW / 404 bhp) and 550 Nm of torque (405 lb-ft) instead of the series 340 PS (250 kW) and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) - an increase of 20 percent.
Kelleners adds an adjustable coilover suspension kit and 20-inch rims in either Hamburg or Berlin design - dimensions 9x20 with 245/30/R20 tires at the front and 10x20 with 265/30/R20 tires at the rear.
For the aerodynamics there's a front spoiler lip and a 3-part MS grill insert made of stainless-steel.
On the inside is a cabin finished in perforated leather and velvet-like Alcantara in contrasting black and white and includes white stitching and the tuner's own logo on the headrests and mats. Other touches include the aluminum pedals and the high-grade velour floor mats.

BMW 1-Series M Coupe tuned by TechTec
German tuner TechTec has a series of power-upgrade stages for the BMW 1-Series M Coupe that can take output up to 450 PS (331 kW / 444 bhp). But TechTec starts things off slow with an initial stage that will only set you back €1,500 for an extra 40 horses - with total output getting dialed up to 380 PS (280 kW / 375 bhp) and 580 Nm (428 lb-ft) of torque from the series' 250 kW (340 PS / 335 hp) and 500 Nm (369 lb-ft) of torque.
For €2,500 TechTec will make that an even 400 PS (294 kW / 395 bhp) for you.
From there, it is only an extra €800 stretch, including a new air cooler, for a power rating of 450 PS (331 kW / 444 bhp) and 630 Nm (465 lb-ft) of torque on the nimble 1-Series M that will make it good for a 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint time of just 4.1 seconds.
TechTec can also remove the top-speed limit for you and offers a KW club sport suspension as well as a titanium exhaust system from Akrapovic.

BMW 1-Series GTR racer by Senkyr Motorsport

This BMW 1 series Coupe GTR by Czech racing team Senkyr Motorsport is based on the E82 1-Series.
There's a reason it looks so much like an M3 GTR - the 1-Series coupe chassis was used to create a car similar to the Senkyr Motorsport's own E92 M3 GTR (see last 3 photos) by adapting it for the wide body kit featured here.
Powering the 1-Series Coupe GTR is a twin-turbo 3.0 liter inline 6-cylinder engine with a Senkyr intercooler. Total output is 300 kW (408 PS / 402 bhp) at 7200 rpm. Transmission is a 6-speed sequential Holinger RDS6 gearbox.
The racer features a KW Competition 3-way coilover suspension and KW springs.
Wheels are supplied by BBS Motorsport in 10 x 18-inch front and 12 x 18-inch rear wrapped in 270/650/R18 and 300/650/R18 tires, respectively.
